On the obverse of the coin – a pattern featuring the main motif of the fairy tale, the inscription "Lietuva," and a symbolic silhouette of the Vytis. The composition, an allusion to a cozy evening when fairy tales were told, is surrounded by stars and the moon, with the denomination "1.50 €" and the year 2022 on the right.

 

On the reverse of the coin – the hero of poet Eduardas Mieželaitis' fairy tale, Zuikis Puikis (Handsome Rabbit), seemingly rushing down a path to school, distracted by merrymaking along the way, until the path eventually curves into the number 2. The impression is enhanced by his playful companions – forest animals, as if telling the story of the fairy tale. To the right, the title of the fairy tale "Zuikis Puikis" is incorporated, with a playful element: hidden letters of the alphabet that need to be found.
