2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the First Moon on the Moon. This mission, called Apollo 11, was decided by NASA. It was held on July 20, 1969. For the first time, people landed safely on the Moon. It was a victory for the United States and for humanity. Among the crew members was Neil Armstrong. This man was both the mission captain and the pilot of the Moon module.

The € 10 silver coin features a blue resin embossed in a very large recess. Each coin is perforated, leaving a landscape as if hung in the middle of blue, depicting the Universe and its infinity.

The light source behind this blue surface gives this new coin all the brightness, depth and sublimation of the earth. The handiwork of this coin should also be emphasized: each € 10 coin is unique in its resin deposition, which replicates the eternal movement of stars in the universe.
